Q: Do you repair laptops?
A: I do repair some common problems with laptops, including HDD's, CD/DVD ROM drives, and some power supply issues. Software, such as the Operating System would fall under regular repairs, regardless of it being on a laptop or desktop. I can replace LCD screens, and work on laptop motherboards, however some repairs are limited (you may be charged for labor just to find this out). Since I don't stock parts, you would need to order the correct part(s) required, and after they arrive and you bring them to me, I would do the labor. Because I'm limited on tools and my work area, most hardware failures would not be repairable. This is not always the case, as some problems might seem hardware related, to only be software related.
Q: Do you work on Apple or Macs?
A: No. I do not do any work with any Apple products (including iPhones).
Q: Where are you located?
A: I am currently located in Radcliff, KY near Fort Knox (South of Louisville, KY)
