Advanced Diagnostic & Repair (More than one hour) - $45 for first two hours, each additional hour is $25/hr
System Restore - $35 (reinstall OS to same as new configs) with disc (contact if no disc) Includes MS Security Essentials, Firefox, and others! This is a custom OS install, with security settings increased, and some free software included (not junk ware). You must have a readable valid OS serial number sticker. This is usually located on the bottom of a laptop, or under the battery. On desktop computers, it may be located on the case somewhere.
File Recovery and Back Up - $15 (per DVD disc, $20 if computer won't boot)
Install and/or Remove Software - $10 (Per Title)
Install and/or Remove Hardware - $10 (Per Item, Motherboard $25)
Computer setup (in local area) - $25
Network Setup - $20 (Does not include printers, Max 4 computers)
Printer setup - $10 (& up depending on wireless/wired configurations)
Password reset - $10, (XP/Vista/7 log-on) $5 per additional account on machine (only if no hardware failures, otherwise diagnostic prices apply)
Password and serial/key recovery - $5 For software & websites stored locally on computer (only if no hardware failures)
A Diagnostic does not necessarily mean that it’s repaired; it may only be used to determine what is wrong and how to fix it.
If you want me to design a custom computer system based on price, or speed, or features, I will design a custom system for you. The design plans will be from $10 on up, and you can take the designs and build your own computer to save even more money. Take the guesswork out of trying to figure out what CPU works with what Motherboard (and other common "what works with what" questions).
